Return & Refund Policy

1. Check eligibility

Make sure your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Remember: customized products (name/number printing) and sale items can’t be returned unless faulty.

2. Contact our customer service

Use the contact page or send a e-mail to sales@the-kitplug.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is faulty.

3. Wait for return instructions

Our team will confirm your return request and send you the return address and any necessary forms.

4. Prepare your package

Repack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping. Include the order confirmation or return form inside.

5. Ship the item

Send the package using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
